Job Summary

Pastor Sabrina L. Williams is searching for an experienced, reliable and task-oriented Assistant. The Assistant will work directly with Pastor Sabrina L. Williams and will be responsible for performing a number of administrative duties. The ideal candidate is highly self-motivated, professional, and capable of managing their work load and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced corporate environment. This is an excellent opportunity to join Sabrina L. Williams as the online church grows.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Keep, create and schedule personal and professional calendar/events/schedules organized
  • Work with Core Team
  • Scheduling conference and Zoom calls
  • Handing sensitive information in a confidential manner
  • Taking accurate minutes at meetings
  • Reply to email, telephone
  • Resolve administrative problems
  • Research and create presentations
  • Generate reports
  • Handle multiple projects
  • Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms

MUST-HAVES

  • Minimum of 4+ years of experience as an Administrative Assistant reporting directly to senior management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of The Valley Brand
  • Proficient in Google Docs, Sheets, etc.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in collaboration and delegation of duties
  • Strong organizational, project management and problem-solving skills with impeccable multitasking abilities
  • Exceptional Interpersonal skills
  • Friendly and professional demeanor
  • Willingness to learn
